Percentages without the confusion
Most percentage questions are one of three types, and the Percentage Calculator handles all of them:
- X% of Y — e.g. 18% of ₹2,500 = ₹450 (tax, tips, commissions).
- X is what % of Y — e.g. 432 marks out of 500 = 86.4%.
- Percentage change — e.g. a price rising from ₹80 to ₹92 is a 15% increase.
Note
Exact age for forms and eligibility
Government exams and job applications often set an age limit “as on” a specific cut-off date. The Age Calculator gives your exact age in years, months and days on any date, handling month lengths and leap years correctly — so you can check eligibility against the notified cut-off instead of guessing.
Money maths for everyday decisions
For shopping and pricing, the Discount Calculator shows the final price after one or two discounts, and the GST Calculator adds or removes GST at current rates. For savings, see our finance calculators.
