Education Calculators

Quick, accurate answers to the numbers students deal with most: converting a CGPA into the percentage an application asks for, and checking whether attendance is enough to sit exams. Each tool shows the formula it uses, so you can check the result against your board's or university's rules.

CGPA, percentage and why formulas differ

CBSE links its 10-point CGPA to percentages with a factor of 9.5, so a CGPA of 8.6 is about 81.7%. Universities set their own rules — some multiply by 10, others subtract a number first — so the CGPA to Percentage Calculator lets you enter your university's formula as well.

Staying above the attendance minimum

Many colleges require 75% attendance, often per subject. The Attendance Calculator shows your current percentage, how many classes in a row you need to reach the minimum, or how many you can miss and stay above it.

For marks and other everyday percentages, the Percentage Calculator covers percentage of marks and percentage change, and the Age Calculator checks age on an exam's cut-off date.
